• Where is your company?

  Our company is located in Shenzhen, China. If you want to visit us, please make an appointment with our sales executive.

• Do you provide OEM/ODM service ?

  Sure, OEM/ODM orders are welcome. We can customize for you with logo printing, package design, add languages, and booting animation if your order quantity reaches MOQ of OEM.

• How is the warranty?

  We provide a one-year warranty, but it does not over man-made damage. The buyer needs to afford the shipping cost of the return.

• What is the way of transportation?

  For small orders, we recommend shipping by DHL, EMS, UPS, FedEx. For big orders, we recommend shipping by air or sea.

Order & Payment

• What is your usual payment term for orders ?

  For sample orders, we accept payment by Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram, or Escrow. For formal order, L/C at sight, Telegraphic Transfer ( T/T ), Western Union, or Moneygram.

• What is the minimum order quantity per item ?

  The minimum order quantity is 100~5000 pieces according to different models.

• Could we get samples before normal order?

  Yes, we provide samples for quality checking if the buyer can pay the sample fee and freight. Because our products are high-value, we don’t provide free samples.

• How much the courier freight will be for the samples ?

  Freight is different based on the quantity, weight, and volume of the samples.
