After-Sales
(1) We provide a ONE-YEAR warranty that commences from the date of purchase for all the products purchased from us according to our laws and regulations. You can get a detailed after-sale address from our sales team.
(2) If you have questions during use, please contact the corresponding salesperson or leave a message on our website. We will provide remote technical guidance at first.
(3) If the problem cannot be solved locally, you can ship the device back (the main unit only, no packing box, battery or accessories) by China Post Registered Air Mail, EMS, or DHL. We don’t accept any package shipped by FedEx, UPS or TNT, because it is hard to make customs clearance.
(4) It is recommended that no more than 2 mobile phones per parcel. Please declare the return of the mobile phone and send it by China Post Registered Air Mail. The recommended value of the declared goods is 80 US dollars per piece.
(5) Buyer affords the shipping cost of return. We will afford the cost of shipping the product back once the product is repaired.
(6) The specific problem should be indicated when the product is returned for repair.
The warranty does not cover:
1) Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
2) Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by CWELL.
3) Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
4) Ordinary wear and tear.
5) Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by CWELL.
6) Damages caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
7) Damages caused by uncontrollable external factors, including floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.
